Spring Break Vision Retreat
This spring break we’re heading to Whidbey Island to play, pray, and dream together. Our big focus will be seeking the Lord’s vision for this community and how He might use us now to keep reaching Bellevue College for generations to come.
We’ll also have plenty of time to explore the beach (right in our backyard), play games, and just hang out with each other.
When: Sunday March 30th - Tuesday April 1st
Where: Whidbey Island
Cost: $35 (For reals? Just $35?? Yes. For reals)
FAQs
What’s this retreat all about?
This retreat will be quite a bit different than our usual Fall Retreat or SALT (winter retreat). Instead of going to a big conference center with a focus on teaching, we’re going to a house with a focus on community and hearing from God. I (Ben) feel a strong conviction that God is inviting our whole community to sit at His feet and dream with Him. To seek His vision for where Bellevue Chi Alpha is going and what our role in that might be. We’ve never done something like this before but we’re trusting God to lead and guide us! We’ll also have plenty of time to enjoy the beach and hang out together!
What will the sleeping arrangements be like?
We’re staying in a beautiful beach house right on the beach. There will be an assortment of beds, rollaway beds, and air mattresses for people to sleep on.
How will we get there? When will we leave?
We’ll meet in Bellevue at 1:30pm on Sunday and carpool together. Details on where to meet will come soon. You’re also welcome to drive yourself or find alternative transportation.
How many spots are available?
Because we’re going to a house, we are limited in how many people can come. I’m working on determining the capacity of each room so we can say “yes” to as many people as possible. But spots are limited so register early! If you try to register and it says we have reached capacity you’re welcome to text me to get on a waitlist. My phone number is: (253) 514-2685.
What should I bring?
